Shipping and Handling

Sportclub ships towards all EU and non EU countries.

Shipping are done via DPD Express Courier or UPS.

Travel time for goods are variable, 3-4 days for Germany, France, Spain to 10 days for Greece.

Please note we do not ship to islands cause extreme high costs so orders towards islands in France, Spain, Croatia and Greece will be cancelled and refunded.

Free shipping is not available for foreign countries.

For UE countries standard shipping fee are:

Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Slovenia, Austria: 15€

Croatia: 19€

Swiss: 38€

Other countries : 30,50€

SKI +25€ (to add to standard costs)

SKI BOOTS and SKI POLES +10€ (to add to standard costs)

Payments

We accept all major payments gateways, PayPal, Credit Cards, Bank Transfers and Klarna.

Cash on delivery is not available for foreign countries.

Non ESS countries

This apply only to non EES countries, i.e. countries outside European Economic Space and are due to extra costs for custom documentations and different fee applied by Paypal on these countries.

Non EES countries:

• Swiss
• UK
• Norway
• Albania
• Serbia

Paypal is not available for these countries due to extreme high fees.

Customs charges and obligations are buyer’s responsability.

Due to customs charge and obligations we do not accept returns from these countries.
